PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT PADDING MUST BE USED ON NET STANDARDS, REFEREE’S PLATFORM AND ITS SUPPORT SYTEM, AND ANY GUIDE CABLES, RIGID BRACES OR WIRE SUPPORTS. The officials have been instructed NOT to allow the match to be played if padding is not in place.

RULES MODIFICATIONS:
HIGH SCHOOL
All high school matches are best 2 out of 3 sets.  The first team to win two sets is the winner of the match.
1.  25 point sets with at least a two point advantage.
2.  Teams switch sides at 13 points in deciding sets and must win by at least two points.
3.  Substitutions will be 18.
4.  Six minutes of exclusive court time for the VISITING team to be followed by six minutes for the HOME team.
5.  The visiting team may have their scorekeeper and libero tracker sit at the table with their scorebook.  The home book will still be official.
6.  The entire playing area must be visible to all team members and officials.
7.  Coaches must remain farther from the court than an imaginary line that is 1.75 meters from and parallel to the sideline and outside the substitution zone.
8. All other rules are NCAA
 
 
MIDDLE SCHOOL (modifications from above)
Middle School matches will be the best 2 out of 3 sets with the first two sets being 25 points and the third set to 15 points.  A non deciding third set may be played if both coaches agree to play it.
 
1. With coach's approval, the minimum net height shall be seven feet.
2. 18 substitutions (must be substituted in same serving rotation spot)
3. Servers allowed one foot over serving line at time of contact (coaches can agree to move behind line for specific matches)
4.  Two tosses on serves
5. The libero player may be used.
